    Great shop. The sellers are very focused on their elements of marketing language but the products are honest about their composition, their effectiveness and their price and everyone is always friendly. A regular online customer, I now always prefer to stop by the store which never fails to introduce me to a complementary product or a particular technique.

    A very warm welcome, sadly I was in a bad mood and wasn’t the most pleasant of customers... I only wanted some of your great shaving cream as I’d forgotten to pack some for my weekend trip to Lyon, so your chaps attempts at upselling fell upon deaf ears and I was somewhat abrupt. My apologies.
